then after connecting the

power switch ON
• Remove dust or dirt from the
laser emitting/receiving
window.
• Short LASER REMOTE
terminals.
• Wait approximately 10
seconds after turning ON the
power switch before opera-
tion.
• Wait approximately 3
seconds after changing
measurement modes before
resuming operation.
• Wait approximately 10
seconds after shorting this
terminal.
• In the Average mode, maxi-
mum of approximately 2.6
seconds are required until
the measurement value is
displayed after the target is
positioned in the measure-
ment area.
