Analog scaling setting

Sets the analog scaling of the output that has been specified by the OUTPUT number.

Calibration setting

Performs theoretical calibration. When all the parameters are set to 0, the calibration value is initialized.

Area setting

Sets what to be calculated from Area 1 and Area 2 in the profile mode.

Area range setting

Sets the area range in the profile mode.
